Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as caring family guides for our students. As residential youth leaders, you will provide a nurturing and guiding presence for groups of 8-12 students, ensuring a structured and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage responsibilities such as student care, driving, and administering medications
- Provide a consistent family-like structure for students
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Milton Hershey School offers a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
