What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Structure Guides for Students position at Milton Hershey School?
We are looking for married couples who can provide a supportive family environment for students at Milton Hershey School. As Residential Youth Caregivers, you will live on-campus with your spouse and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students.
About the Role:

- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
This is a unique career path that requires consideration and commitment from both spouses. You will work a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school. The role includes relocation assistance and paid training.
Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
