About the Role
We are looking for experienced married couples who share our commitment to supporting underserved youth. As a Flex Houseparent, you will live on-campus and work closely with students, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Live on-campus and work closely with students
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to students
- Manage household responsibilities, including meal planning and cooking, cleaning, and maintenance
Requirements
To be successful as a Flex Houseparent, you must have:
- Experience working with youth, preferably in a residential or educational setting
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- A valid driver's license and ability to drive student home vans
What We Offer

- Salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
