We are hiring married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a family-like structure for students in a residential setting. This role requires guiding and nurturing students, handling responsibilities such as transportation and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide a nurturing environment for students in a residential setting
• Guide and support students in daily activities
• Transport students to appointments and events
• Administer medication as needed
• Manage student homes and ensure cleanliness and organization
• Participate in daily devotions and lead students in spiritual activities

Requirements

• Couples must be married and at least 27 years old
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work independently and as a team
