Couples Caregivers at Milton Hershey School

We are seeking flexible houseparents who can provide a family-like structure for our students. As part of our team, you will live on-campus in student homes, guiding and nurturing approximately 8-12 students.

Your responsibilities will include managing household tasks, planning activities, and promoting academic success. With a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, you will have time to recharge and focus on personal development.
