Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become part of our dedicated team as Residential Caregivers. As a couple, you will reside in one of our on-campus student homes, providing a stable and supportive environment for 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Your role will involve guiding and nurturing the students, overseeing their daily needs, and working together with your spouse to create a positive and engaging atmosphere. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of these young individuals.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Providing guidance and support to students in academic and personal matters
- Overseeing the daily routine of students, including meal times, homework, and leisure activities
- Collaborating with your spouse to maintain a clean and organized living environment
- Communicating effectively with school staff and parents to ensure students' needs are met
