Job Description:
As a married couple living on-campus, you will provide a nurturing family-like environment for 8-12 students, guiding them academically and socially while managing household responsibilities. This role requires experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You will be responsible for driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and other daily tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have: a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, ability to become certified to drive student home vans, comfort leading students in daily devotions, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Both spouses must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students. Candidates must also abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy.
