Couples Family Support Specialist

About the Role:

The Youth Development Specialist position at Milton Hershey School requires married couples to serve as flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing students from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Residing in on-campus student homes and providing a consistent family-like structure for students
2. Handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity

What We Offer:

• Salary of $43,825 per person
• Three-week paid summer vacation
• Schedule of nine days on followed by three days off
