The successful couple will reside in a student home, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. They will handle responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, and daily devotions.
As houseparents, the couple will be responsible for creating a consistent family-like structure for students, including budgeting, reporting, and handling various household tasks.
Qualifications include experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and a high school diploma or GED. The couple must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
