Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Houseparents. As a Houseparent, you will provide guidance and support to a group of 8-12 students in a family-like environment.
This full-time position involves various responsibilities including transportation, medication administration, and budgeting while offering significant employee benefits and competitive salary.
Candidates should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
