As a houseparent couple, you will provide a nurturing and family-like environment for 8-12 students in a residential setting. Your responsibilities will include transportation, medication administration, and budgeting while living on campus and participating in the students' daily activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide a supportive and stable environment for students
- Manage student homes, including meal planning and household chores
- Transport students to and from activities and appointments
- Administer medications as needed
- Budget and manage finances for student homes
Candidates should have:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A high school diploma or GED
- A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
