As houseparents, you will reside in on-campus homes and guide a group of 8-12 students, handling various responsibilities such as transportation and medication administration. The position requires experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must be at least 27 years old, legally married for at least two years, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. You should also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students.
