Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Houseparents, providing a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As Houseparents, you will guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students, living on-campus in student homes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily activities and provide support to students
- Drive student home vans and transport students as needed
- Administer medication and handle household responsibilities
Benefits:
- Salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
