Couples will receive a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple, including a salary of $43,825 per person.
Job Responsibilities
Flex houseparents are responsible for guiding and nurturing students in a family-like environment. This includes providing essential support to ensure student well-being while living on campus.
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
