We are hiring married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a consistent family-like structure for students and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
As a flex houseparent, you will live on-campus in a student home, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will work closely with your spouse to create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for your assigned students. Your days will be filled with activities that promote learning, growth, and development, including homework help, extracurricular activities, and community service projects.
