At Milton Hershey School, we're seeking married couples to join our team as flex houseparents. These dedicated individuals will provide a nurturing, family-like environment for disadvantaged students in on-campus homes. As part of our dynamic duo, you'll work together with your spouse to ensure the well-being and personal development of your assigned group of students.
The ideal candidate couple will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they must have been legally married for at least two years. This role requires flexibility, patience, and a willingness to lead by example.

You'll also enjoy relocation assistance, paid training, and a three-week paid summer vacation.
