Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Residence Managers. As a couple, you will reside on campus and provide guidance and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
About the Role
You will be responsible for overseeing a family-like environment for a group of 8-12 students. This includes handling daily responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, and budgeting. You will also have the opportunity to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
