You and your spouse will guide and support a group of 8-12 students while managing household responsibilities. This role requires experience working with youth, particularly from under-served settings. You must be legally married for at least two years and possess a valid driver's license. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.

To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions. You must also have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. A high school diploma or GED is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Managing household responsibilities, including budgeting and reporting
- Driving student home vans and assisting with medication administration
