Becoming a flex houseparent at Milton Hershey School is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will reside in a student home and work together to guide and nurture a group of 8-12 students.

Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Be married and have been legally married for at least two years
- Be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Able to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with limitations on pets
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- High school diploma or GED required
