What are the responsibilities and job description for the Education Support Team Members Wanted position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will reside in an on-campus student home, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. This is a two-person job that requires both spouses to work together as a team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. We also require a valid driver's license and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
