About the Position

This is a unique career path that takes consideration and commitment from both spouses.

As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Providing a consistent family-like structure for students
• Driving and administering medication
• Budgeting and reporting
• Ensuring students' physical and emotional well-being

Requirements

• Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
• Age 27 or older
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
• Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
