Job Description
As a Flex Houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a stable family-like environment and supporting their educational and personal growth.
You will also be expected to manage daily activities, handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more, while adhering to our smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy.
Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Age 27 or older, with both spouses meeting this requirement
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and valid driver's license
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students
