You and your spouse will be responsible for managing a student home, creating a family-like atmosphere, and supporting the academic and personal growth of 8-12 students. Your duties may include daily devotions, transporting students, administering medication, and budgeting. Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you and your spouse must have experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings. You should also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services. Additionally, you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, have a valid driver's license, and be certified to drive student home vans. We value integrity, honesty, and a strong commitment to serving others.
