What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Caregivers Needed position at Milton Hershey School?
At Milton Hershey School, we are seeking married couples to become part of our residential program. As a Family Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to a group of students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The role involves residing on campus with your spouse, creating a family-like environment, and performing various responsibilities such as driving and administering medication. This is a unique opportunity to make a profound impact on students' lives and work in a team that values integrity and commitment.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You and your spouse should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
