Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become houseparents, providing a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a houseparent, you will guide students in a structured home-like setting, acting as role models and caregivers.
The ideal candidate has experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older.
As a houseparent, you will oversee daily activities, administer medications, and manage household responsibilities while living on campus. You will also be responsible for driving student home vans, administering medication, and managing the household budget.
