Job Description:
As a Houseparent, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing, family-like environment for your assigned group of students. This involves guiding them in their daily lives, ensuring their well-being, and managing household tasks. You will also play a key role in leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You will also need to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy and have a valid driver's license.
