Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to fill the role of Family Caregivers. As a Family Caregiver, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years and are both 27 years of age or older.
Responsibilities include guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. Flexibility and adaptability are essential in this role.
In return for their dedication, successful candidates will receive a comprehensive compensation package including a salary of $43,825 per person, plus relocation assistance and paid training.
