Milton Hershey School seeks Family Caregivers to provide a stable and nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As Youth Guidance Professionals, you will guide and support students in a family-like setting, promoting their emotional and educational growth.
As Family Caregivers, you will live on-campus with your spouse and oversee a group of 8-12 students, handling responsibilities including daily care, education support, and transportation. The ideal candidate couple will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They must also abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy. Valid driver's licenses are required, as well as the ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
