As a Family Environment Facilitator, you will be part of a team that provides a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Your role involves guiding them in daily activities and fostering personal growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing guidance and support to students in daily activities
- Fostering personal growth and development among students
- Managing responsibilities such as medication administration, budgeting, and reporting
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legally married couple for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
