Responsibilities
As a flex houseparent, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a safe and nurturing environment for students
- Supporting students with daily tasks such as homework, meals, and personal care
- Encouraging students to develop important life skills and values
- Collaborating with other staff members to ensure the overall well-being of students
Requirements
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
