Flex Houseparent Role
Milton Hershey School is seeking a married couple to join our team as flex houseparents. In this role, you will reside on-campus and provide a family-like environment for a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Your responsibilities will include guiding and nurturing our students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. You will also work closely with other staff members to provide a supportive community for our students.

As a flex houseparent, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students. You will lead daily devotions, take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, and provide guidance and support in various aspects of their lives.
Qualifications for this position include experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
