As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for providing a family-like environment for our students, which includes driving, administering medication, and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities
Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
They must also abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy and have valid driver's licenses.
What We Offer
Couples will enjoy a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
