About the Role
As Flex Houseparents, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will create a nurturing family-like environment, handle responsibilities such as driving, medication administration, and budgeting. You will also be expected to lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. It's essential to note that proselytizing is prohibited. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure the well-being and success of our students. The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a valid driver's license. You will also need to become certified to drive student home vans.
