As flex houseparents, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a supportive family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care and guidance to students
- Manage daily responsibilities such as transportation and medication
- Lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
