Responsibilities
This role involves providing a family-like environment for a small group of students, including responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and offering guidance and mentorship. Couples work on a unique schedule with opportunities for growth and development, contributing to the development of children in a supportive setting.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Couples will also receive a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with three-week paid summer vacation and opportunities for personal time while students are at school.
Qualifications
Couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have been legally married for at least two years. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required. Additionally, couples must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
