Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become part of our team as Flex Houseparents. As a Flex Houseparent, you will live on-campus and provide daily care and guidance to 8-12 students, creating a family-like environment for them. Requirements
- Couples must have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
