Milton Hershey School is seeking guidance counselors who can work with married couples to provide a supportive environment for students in need. As flex houseparents, couples reside in on-campus student homes and guide students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Responsibilities include leading daily devotions, participating in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, and assisting with driving and administering medication.
