What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guidance Providers in a Residential Setting position at Milton Hershey School?
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, be age 27 or older, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, without proselytizing.
