What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guiding Lights for Disadvantaged Youth position at Milton Hershey School?
We're seeking married couples to become flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you'll reside in an on-campus student home and guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students.
You'll provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. This unique role offers a comprehensive benefits package, competitive salary, and a schedule that allows for personal time and vacations.
