You will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for students, promoting their academic, social, and emotional growth. Your duties will include:

• Providing guidance and mentorship to students
• Managing daily routines, including homework, meals, and activities
• Ensuring students' physical and emotional well-being

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you and your spouse must have:

• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• A high school diploma or equivalent required
• A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
