Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to serve as flex houseparents, providing a nurturing family-like environment for students in pre-K through 12th grade. As an integral part of our community, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
As a couple, you will reside in on-campus student homes, creating a consistent family-like structure for students. Your role will involve flexibility, patience, and dedication, ensuring the well-being and growth of your students.
