Candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.

Couples must be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. They must also demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students.
