Job Title: Houseparents
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a nurturing family-like environment for students in grades pre-K through 12.
Responsibilities:
- Reside in on-campus student homes with approximately 8-12 students
- Guide and nurture students in daily activities and responsibilities
- Lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Manage household budgeting, reporting, and other administrative tasks
- Transport students as needed
Benefits:
- Salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)

Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Married couple with at least two years of marriage
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
