We are hiring flex Houseparents, who will reside in on-campus student homes and guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Flex Houseparents provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
They will cover different student homes initially before being assigned to one specific home.

This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years and meet other qualifications listed below.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and guidance of students
- Transportation and medication administration
- Driving student home vans
- Leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Budgeting and reporting
Benefits:
- Salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package approx. $150,000 per couple)

Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legally married couple with at least two years of marriage
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrate high degree of integrity
