Lead a Family of Students

About the Role

As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing family-like environment for students. This includes driving, administering medication, budgeting, and offering companionship to a group of 8-12 students. You will be part of a team that makes a significant impact on the lives of youth.

Candidates should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older.
