Milton Hershey School is looking for married couples to become part of our team as flex houseparents. In this role, you will work together to provide a loving and supportive family environment for students in pre-K through 12th grade.
About the Opportunity
This is a unique career path that requires consideration and commitment from both spouses. As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing daily guidance, and handling various responsibilities such as administration, budgeting, and transportation.
What We Offer
- A salary of $43,825 per person, making a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple
