We are seeking married couples to join our team as flex houseparents. As part of this unique career path, couples will work together to provide a nurturing environment for students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include guiding and supporting students, managing household tasks, and handling administrative duties. Our total compensation package includes a salary of $43,825 per person, with a total value of approximately $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Additionally, we provide relocation assistance and paid training.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be eligible for this position, couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They must have been legally married for at least two years and be age 27 or older. No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Valid driver's licenses and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
