- Experienced in working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Two years of marriage required
- Age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy
- Pet limitations apply
- Valid driver's license required
- Judeo-Christian values aligned
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Demonstrate high integrity as a role model
