To be considered for this role, couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They should be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Abiding by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus is essential, along with valid driver's licenses and certification to drive student home vans. High school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students.
