Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to become Married Couple House Managers. In this role, you will create a family-like environment for students, providing guidance and support while also maintaining a personal schedule.
As a Married Couple House Manager, you will be responsible for driving students to appointments, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will also have the opportunity to participate in daily devotions and take students to Sunday chapel services.
We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be 27 years or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
